This Download Policy explains how digital product delivery works on thebraineo.com and what customers can expect after purchasing printable products from Braineo.

By purchasing a digital product through the Braineo website, you agree to this Download Policy.

1. Digital Products Only

Braineo sells digital printable products through its website. These products are delivered electronically and do not include physical shipping.

Printed paperback books associated with the Braineo brand are sold separately through Amazon and are not covered by this Download Policy.

2. How Delivery Works

After a successful purchase, your digital product is delivered by email through a download link.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout and to make sure that email account is able to receive purchase and delivery messages.

If your download email does not appear immediately, please check:

  • inbox

  • spam folder

  • junk folder

  • promotions folder

  • other filtered mail folders

3. Download Link Access Period

For product security and delivery control, each download link remains active for 24 hours after the first download.

This means:

  • the link does not begin its 24-hour access period at the moment of purchase unless the file has already been downloaded

  • once the file is downloaded for the first time, the 24-hour access window begins

  • after that period ends, the link may no longer be active

Customers are encouraged to download, save, and back up their files promptly after receiving access.

4. Saving Your Files

Because digital delivery links are time-limited, customers should save purchased files to a reliable location immediately after download.

Braineo recommends saving files to:

  • your computer

  • an external drive

  • a secure cloud storage account

  • another personal backup location

Braineo is not responsible for file loss caused by deletion, device issues, customer-side storage problems, or failure to save the files during the active access period.

5. File Format and Product Use

Braineo’s digital products are sold as downloadable printable files. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate software, device, and printer access needed to open, use, and print the files.

Because products are delivered digitally, variations in home printers, paper types, ink levels, print settings, margins, scaling, and device displays may affect the final printed result.

6. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • the product title

  • the product description

  • what is included

  • the file format, where applicable

  • any notes about personal use, delivery, or download access

Because digital products are delivered electronically, customers should make sure the selected product is the correct one before placing an order.

7. Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally considered final once delivery has been made.

Because printable products are delivered electronically and can be saved immediately after access, Braineo does not generally offer refunds for:

  • accidental purchases

  • change of mind

  • failure to read the product description

  • failure to save files during the active download period

  • issues related to printer setup, paper choice, scaling, or personal device compatibility

If a customer experiences a genuine delivery issue, such as not receiving the product email after purchase, Braineo may review the situation and provide reasonable support where appropriate.

8. Delivery Issues

If you completed a purchase but did not receive your download email, contact Braineo at hello@thebraineo.com and include:

  • the email address used for purchase

  • the product purchased

  • the date of purchase

  • any relevant order details

Braineo will make reasonable efforts to review delivery-related issues and assist when possible.

9. Unauthorized Sharing and Redistribution

All Braineo digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise clearly stated.

Customers may not:

  • share purchased files with others

  • forward download links for public or group use

  • upload files to file-sharing websites

  • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the files

  • claim the products as their own work

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of digital files is prohibited and may result in access restrictions or further action where appropriate.

10. Product Availability and Updates

Braineo may update, revise, remove, or discontinue products at any time. However, changes to future product listings do not create an obligation to provide permanent re-download access for past purchases beyond the stated delivery system.
